Application Checklist
The checklist below outlines the kind of information you'll likely need when applying for your mortg
- Copies of your drivers license
- Complete bank statements for all accounts for the past 2 months and any other asset verifications.
- Pay stubs verifying the most recent 30 days of income and year-to-date income, including any overtime commission or bonus income
- Wage and tax statement (W2 forms) for all employers covering the past 2 years
- Home owners insurance declaration page
- Current Mortgage statement
- A copy of your individual, corporate or partnership tax returns for the past 2 years (if self-employed)
